David Miscavige is the leader of the Scientology Organization. His official title is Chairman of the Board (COB) of the Religious Technology Center (RTC), and is referred to in internal publications as the international ecclesiastical leader of Scientology.

Numerous allegations have been made against him in court documents and media reports surrounding his treatment of staff, including physical assault, coerced abortions, human trafficking and child labor.
